Proturf Leduc – Terms and Conditions of Rental Use

By proceeding with this rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Rental Agreement: Your rental grants you access to the designated turf area for the specified date and time only. Use outside of that time may result in additional charges.

Payment: Full payment is required prior to use unless otherwise agreed upon.

Rescheduling and cancellation Policy: No-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations are refundable with 2 weeks notice, subject to a 3% fee. (A 3% charge will apply to refunds due to our payment service provider charging us 3%). Rescheduling allowed with 1 week notice.

Facility Use: You and your group must use the facility safely and respectfully. No alcohol, smoking, vaping or spitting is allowed on the premises. Food and beverages are only permitted in designated areas. Only water is allowed on the turf.

Damage and Cleanliness: You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental and agree to leave the facility clean and free of debris. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.

Assumption of Risk: All users acknowledge that participation in sports and physical activity involves inherent risks. Proturf Leduc is not liable for injuries, lost or stolen property, or other incidents during your rental.

Supervision: All groups under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Right to Refuse or Cancel: Proturf Leduc reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for any reason, including but not limited to: safety concerns, misuse of the facility, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
